The Renegade, right? Sorry, I’d forgotten yours is pretty-much brand-new. These problems were just maybe sounding like battery.
i hope the dealer can hook it up and get the errors.
God, I’d hope so.

Man. Which oil gasket? Around the filter?
got my side panel fixed
You mean the rocker panel trim that was popping out? How’d they finally fix it?
What model do you have again? Trailhawk, or.

So the dealer replaced the long-awaited seatbelt part, and it didn’t help? (Which «part» was it?)
What did the dealer say after that? I mean, your Trailhawk is under warranty.
And any clarification about the leaking oil gasket?

I have a 2022 renegade limited only 2,000 miles on it and today I got the service airbag light came on then the start stop service came on and service the electric parking brake. But it does not store where you can read it again it goes away the minute you restart.

yes you need to bring it into a dealership. its probably a defective seatbelt. one way is to set up a video to capture the error. or if your seatbelt chirps while your driving. mine would every 5 to 10 minutes say seatbelt unhooked and go away in a second. its a major safety issue as your airbag will not deploy in an accident.
dealership should be able to see the airbag error.
make the dealer do a warranty repair and get you a rental. mines still waiting they say the 14th now so it’ll be almost 3 weeks.

Before I sought this page out I was going crazy trying to catch the faults as they appear and vanish just as fast. Like you I even tried to record it. Doesn’t show up lol. I do not get the seat belt era or I should say that pinging noise like a seatbelts not plugged in. But it did start with the auto start/ stop error first. And if you check in display it would always say «not available battery is charging».

well you best get it in the shop. document it with the dealership
i still cant get the part through jeep. they are now going to try and get it through a secondary dealership.
jeep cares has continued to fail on caring. they just seem to cover up issues from consumers. the advisor is non existent and must have thousands of complaints backlogged
maybe if they cared about the customer and resolve ongoing issues they wouldnt be 23 out of 24 for car reliability

It’s an ongoing issue with so many jeep renegade owners. My daughter’s vehicle is a 2022 and only a few months with her. She has an intermittent problem with all her warnings lights coming on randomly. Of course, when we took it in to the dealership, the problem didn’t show itself, and they didn’t get any codes, either. They just handed us back the keys and shrugged their shoulders (I’m exaggerating, but not by much). I got the service manager on the line and we’ll be taking it back in on Monday. I’ve asked that they research the problem and return the vehicle when the problem has been discovered and repaired. They shouldn’t be giving a vehicle back when the air bag and seat belt warning lights are going off randomly. If my daughter were to be in an accident and the issue with the warning lights plays a role with the systems and safety measures not working properly, someone will have to answer.
