Můj S21 Ultra je připojen k mému BMW řady 5 přes Bluetooth. Mohu volat a přijímat hovory a vozidlo zobrazuje moji předchozí historii hovorů (číslo, nikoli kontaktní údaje). Moje skutečné kontaktní údaje se však nenačítají ani nezobrazují ve vozidle.
Není to auto, protože mám také A50 Samsung na práci a to je jen dobře.
Odpojil jsem se a znovu se připojil, bez úspěchu. Všechna políčka jsou zaškrtnuta v nastavení Bluetooth. Prosím pomozte?

Mám ÚPLNĚ stejný problém v mém BMW M340. Opravilo se to před pár dny a teď to zase nefunguje.

Vůz může vyžadovat aktualizaci softwaru v závislosti na jeho modulu Bluetooth. V mém M4 funguje dobře.

Mám stejný problém asi měsíc. Myslím, že se to shodovalo s aktualizací v mém telefonu. Mám řadu 2020 3 a galaxy s21 ultra. Můj pracovní telefon Samsung A8 se stále dobře synchronizuje. Byli na BMW, nemají řešení. Samsung tvrdí, že je to proto, že můj telefon používá Android 12 a automobilový průmysl ještě aktualizoval svůj software. Našli jste řešení a zprovoznili jste to?

Na jiném webu jsem právě našel následující. Zkusil to a zdá se, že to fungovalo. Nevím, jak nebo proč to fungovalo, ale fungovalo to a moje kontakty se aktualizovaly téměř okamžitě poté, co jsem to udělal. Pro informaci jsem také právě telefonoval do BMW. Podle toho, co mi řekli, abych to zkusil jako první (znovu), to nefungovalo (znovu), řekli mi, že to budu muset vzít s autem do servisního střediska a bude to zpoplatněné. Moje auto je stále v záruce. Řekli, že je to zpoplatněné, protože to neovlivňuje řízení. Opravdu chudák od BMW. Každopádně zkus tohle. doufejme, že je to oprava, která zůstane pevná;
1) Přejděte do Nastavení, vyberte Možnosti vývojáře, Bluetooth PBAP, Verze Bluetooth PBAP (nebo jednoduše vyhledejte pbab v nabídce nastavení a vyberte «Bluetooth PBAP verze»)
2) Změňte verzi Buetooth PBAP z PBAP 1.2 na PBAP 1.1 a poté klikněte na použít
3) Změňte verzi Buetooth PBAP z PBAP 1.1 zpět na PBAP 1.2 a poté klikněte na použít
I updated my iPhone 6s to IOS 13 and now my BMW iDrive can’t access the contacts. Anyone know what’s going on?

This isn’t solved and doesnt appear to be resolved in iOS13.1 either. It does appear to only affect Contacts stored on the phone directly and not those sync’d with Exchange (OWA) as I can see those fine every time.

I have the same issue, however my contacts are all stored in an Exchange account (I don’t have local contacts on the phone).
I do see a limited set of contacts (why some and some not is a mistery to me) from the first part of the alphabet, from the letter Q on I don’t see any entries at all anymore.
Removing the Phone from the car and reconnecting solved it once, but the next time the problem reappeared.
An update to iOS 13 didn’t solve the issue neither.

Tried it yesterday once more and it doesn’t even solve it. yes I do get other/more contacts but it is still random.
Currently I only see one name with N on my carkit, some of other letters and none of some other letter.
It’s even so random that each time I get in the car I see a different list of contacts that do/don’t show up.

Tried the same… no solution, contacts still appear random (some display, others don’t).
Earlier today I even had a contact that displayed as TYPE=CELL:number…
It is clear that Apple broke this with iOS 13. no need to point fingers to BMW.

I just installed iOS 13.1.1 which didn’t solve the issue neither.
Initially it showed contacts with Y (the last letter I have contact on) but there was a gap between N and W with no contacts displayed.
Waiting a minute or two… my contacts ended at letter P (and those initially shown from W — Y where gone again).

I’m not sure about BMW, however some vehicles have a restriction as to how many contacts you can sync to the vehicle. I had a vehicle like that and it would only sync the first 500. Considering you say that you are using your work contacts, I wonder if that could be an issue.

Strange that people suddenly start to look for reasons other than iOS 13 why it fails.
This always worked fine before iOS 13 and the number of contacts didn’t change. If this would be a restriction I would also expect that it stops at a certain contact. and doesn’t show random contacts like it does now.
This clearly is a bug introduced with iOS 13 so can someone at Apple have a look at this… this is really annoying !

Exact same issue on my 2018 bmw 4 series with idribve 6. It’s bugging the life out of me as i have no idea who’s calling , I use my phone in the car a lot with work.
I would not have updated to ios13 if i knew this was an issue. The new 13.1.2 still hasn’t fixed it.
BMW say its an apple glitch and they are aware of it.
Please Apple fix this awful ios 13 update!

To eliminate the number of contacts being the problem, I took all my exchange contacts off the phone leaving only the contacts on the phone (saved in iCloud). That is a total of 286 contacts which seems to be a modest number. I then turned on the car, and counted (manually) the number of contacts in the car contacts file. Only 106 transferred. Some letters of the alphabet were missing entirely and others had a partial list of my contacts under that letter of the alphabet. Turning off the car and turning it back on after a period of time always gives me a different list of contacts that are downloaded. I am on IOS 13.1.2 which does nothing to resolve this problem.
Is it possible that in IOS 13 not all contacts are actually stored on the phone (some remaining in iCloud until needed) and only those actually on the phone are transferring? I am grasping here. Is anyone aware of any other make of car affected by this problem?
